Continuously mounting up new digital services, Groupama Sigorta has implemented the Video Expertise application that enables remote damage assessment.

 With the new Video Expertise service, those with casco insurance, housing and workplace policy can perform their damage assessment transactions online, without physical contact. 

With this digital application, enabling a faster damage assessment transaction process, the aim is to provide convenience by considering the pandemic conditions.

Focusing on technology and digitalization applications to provide convenience to policyholders and agencies, Groupama Sigorta has launched Video Expertise service in order to accelerate the damage assessment procedures of those with casco insurance, housing and workplace policy.

With this new application, the junction point of damage assessment specialist and insured individual, all damage assessments can be made remotely. First of all, the insured is informed about the Video Expertise service. An appointment is made to a suitable date for the insured, a link is sent for video expertise, and the remote damage assessment process is performed. In this application, where interviews are recorded, the damage assessment specialist can take notes on the photos and videos of the damaged risk. Damage assessment specialist, then, can record coordinates in his/her report by spotting the insured residence with digital mapping.

Stating that they accelerated this process with Video Expertise application, Assistant General Manager of the Damage Assessment Department of Groupama Sigorta, Selcen Seçginli continued her words as follows; ”We are very happy to add a new digital application that will satisfy our customers. With our Video Expertise application, we both accelerate the damage assessment process and perform the appraisal service without the need for any extra contact in accordance with the pandemic parameters. We will continue to accompany our policyholders with our innovative applications.”

Groupama Sigorta has developed another innovative service within the scope of health parameters formed with the Covid-19 pandemic with its Video Expertise service. The process is both accelerated and customer satisfaction is ensured thanks to the relevant application developed in accordance with the pandemic conditions with the new generation expertise service that completely eliminates physical contact.
