Anyone can define the digital transformation but my favorite one is the definition made by Salesforce: “Digital transformation is the process of using digital technologies to create new — or modify existing — business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet changing business and market requirements.” (Click here for the original text)
We held a meeting on 16th May 2019 about the digital distribution of insurance.
In the meeting where I was the moderator which was organized by InsurtechHub, we discussed the digital journey of insurance sector with very precious sector executives. I believe it would be beneficial to share and summarize what was talked in the meeting being only open to the members.
