Opening the meeting by reminding their mission of “transformation of being a payer into being a solution partner” AXA Sigorta Sales and Marketing Director Firuzan İşcan said that they address their relations with their agencies in the same way and added that: Our “Strong Region, Strong Agency” strategy that we launched last year made a difference in terms of relationship management with agencies in the sector. We will continue to be an accessible company for our agencies and to be a life partner in their lives in the future. As a Solution Partner, we will always support our agencies. We will prioritize the per capita production amount and income-expense balance in terms of agency efficiency. We will focus on products that generate more income and have high renewal rates.” Stating that individual and group products as well as complementary health insurance in health insurances are the best developmental areas in the first half of 2019, İşcan added: “We became prominent with our wide hospital and service network in this field. We supported our agencies to increase their revenues with our agency program called Health Stars. After that, we will support our agencies to diversify their portfolios in health, fire, housing, workplace and other non-motor branches. We expect our agencies to bring the right customer with the right product. We expect from them to share all issues about the products frankly with our customers, to evaluate the capacity around them and to make more offers and to monitor the total number of customers and their performance”
